No, listing is completely free. SWITCH charges a commission only when your item is sold.
We charge a commission of 5%-15% on each sale, depending on the category. You'll see the fee breakdown before confirming a listing.
Payments are processed 3-5 business days after the buyer confirms delivery. You'll receive the amount via bank transfer or UPI.
If the item is returned due to authenticity or condition issues, SWITCH will not refund the entire amount and will deduct a small amount as charges
SWITCH will take care of picking up and delivering products through our delivery partners.
Clean the item, pack it securely, and include any original accessories or dust bags if available for designer items.
We review every luxury listing. For high-end brands, we offer optional authentication before a product is shipped. If an account is reported to be selling counterfeit products, the seller's account will be investigated and then flagged.
That's okay. As long as the item passes our checks, it can still be listed. However, items with proof of purchase will sell faster.
Selling counterfeit items is strictly prohibited. You may be banned and legal action could be taken.
