I am Anusha Bharathan, founder of SWITCH and I believe that fashion should be used as a vehicle for storytelling, not for ending up in landfills. My love for style has always been paired with a desire to make conscious choices, and I noticed a gap in India's fashion scene: plenty of people wanted to thrift and declutter their wardrobes, and plenty more wanted unique, affordable finds — but there wasn't a trusted, easy way to connect them.
My vision for SWITCH is to go beyond and above just being a simple marketplace. What happens here is that fashion finds a second home while sellers earn without much struggle, and buyers get to shop that little antimicrobial happy-between-style-and-sustainability.
