Buyers can request a return/cancellation within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Returned items must be in the same condition as delivered.
Refunds will be processed only after quality checks.
If the product is not as described, damaged, counterfeit, or missing parts, the Buyer will get a full refund. The Seller of such product may be flagged by SWITCH
If the Buyer changes their mind, returns may be subject to approval and deductions (e.g., shipping costs).
The Platform reserves the right to mediate and make the final decision in all disputes.
