Sellers must ship products using partnered courier services (e.g., Shiprocket, Delhivery) within the specified time.
Seller ought to ship the product to SWITCH diligently to ensure there is no damage to the product during shipment. Courier companies shall not be liable for packaging of the product. If the product is received by SWITCH in a damaged condition, the product shall not be forwarded to the buyer. In such event, the shipping costs paid by the Seller shall not be refunded
Shipping costs may be borne by Buyer at checkout or deducted from Seller’s payout (based on Seller’s choice).
Buyers will receive tracking details after dispatch.
Standard delivery timelines are 3–7 working days but may vary.
The Platform is not liable for courier delays, natural disasters, or unforeseen disruptions.
